Dimensions, fit, and manufacturer specifications

Exact model / SKUSCFM-3000
Overall dimensions138 × 128 × 154 mm (W × D × H), with fans installed.
Installed height / case clearance154 mm.
Supplied fan(s)1 × Kaze Flex II 120 Slim PWM (120 × 120 × 15 mm) plus 1 × Kaze Flex II 120 PWM (120 × 120 × 26 mm); both rated up to 1,500 rpm.
Noise / airflow (manufacturer figures)The official fan specifications list 2.58–23.80 dB(A) and 8.16–39.44 CFM for the slim fan, and 4.0–28.6 dB(A) and 16.90–67.62 CFM for the standard fan. These are fan ratings, not a combined cooler measurement.
Heat pipesSix 6 mm heat pipes.
Socket bracket compatibilityIntel LGA 1851 / 1700 / 1200 / 115x / 2011 (v3) / 2066; AMD AM5 / AM4. Check which spacers/brackets are included with the exact retail revision.
RAM / motherboard clearanceThe offset fin stack and slim front fan are designed to preserve DIMM access; check motherboard layout and any raised fan position against tall memory.

Cooler height is not a complete fit check: account for fan lift, side-panel clearance, motherboard heatsinks, DIMM position, and any case tolerance.

Installation and service notes

  • Install only with the model-specific manual and retention hardware for the selected CPU socket. Confirm orientation and bracket standoff before tightening.
  • Apply thermal interface material as directed by the cooler maker. Tighten evenly, connect PWM leads to suitable headers, and verify fan tachometer operation.
  • Disconnect power and restrain fan blades during cleaning. Check for fin damage, cable contact, or loosened fasteners during service.
